Great Wall Restaurant

This is our family! We took over the restaurant and re-opened on August 3rd, 2023.

  Cuifang, my wife, has been working in this industry for 20 years. She started working at the Hu Ke Lau in Chicopee as a sushi chef. She has worked in a few other places as a waitress, cook, bar tender and she also kept working as a sushi chef. She went on to work for U-Mass and worked at Wasabe in the Blue Wall location. There she ran and help grow the sushi business there.

  Myself, George, I have not had anywhere near the experience as my wife in this business. I help out when I can and take care of alot of the behind the scenes operations, I also server, do deliveries and manage the with my wife.

  We have three boys, Phoenix, Gaberiel and Declan. You will see them helping us out serving food, delivering orders and everything in between.

UPDATE OFF TO COLLEGE!

Both Phoenix and Gaberiel are off to college! Phoenix will be staying close to home and going to STCC for business management. Gaberiel is off to Champlain College in Burlington Vermont and will be studing Computer Science. Please wish them luck when you see them!
